Pre-treatment

  • Applying primer to the prepreated and cleaned floor

Pre-treatments are meant to be finished with a coating system. Pre-treatment can also be done with a number of top coats. The properties of the top coat determine the properties of the system.

Leveling out:

Mix part of Crafco QF EPT/QF PUR with silver sand to smooth out the surface.

Crafco QF EPT/QF PUR can subsequently be finished with a Crafco QF EPT/QF PUR system of choice.

Application:     indoor/outdoor

Gloss:              high gloss (structure will cause a lower apparent gloss)

Advantage:      fast dry and fast full load exposure possible

Self leveling application:

Crafco QF PUR is ideal for application as self leveling floor coating. The system is fast and can resist very high mechanical loading.

Application:     indoor/oudoor

Gloss:              high gloss

Advantage:      fast dry and fast full load exposure possible (possible after 24 hours)

Raising floors:

Mix Crafco UP with sand to apply as troweling floor. Subsequently, Crafco UP can be finished with a system of choice.

Application:     indoor/outdoor

Advantage:      standard epoxy with good value for money

Or

Mix Crafco QF PUR with sand to apply as troweling floor. Crafco QF PUR does not necessarily need to be finished.

Application:     indoor/outdoor

Advantare:       Fast cured and fast loading possible (especially for repairs or small floors)
